Ingredients :
Hydrated vegetable proteins (peas), water, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), wheat flour, starch, vegetable fibers, chicken egg protein, salt, yeast extract, natural flavors, spices, dried vegetables (onion, leek), spices (pepper, coriander, paprika, ginger, mace, turmeric, celery seed, cumin, chilies, cardamom), herbs, minerals (iron, zinc), vitamin B12.

Mode of preparation :

Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and fry the schnitzels on low heat for about 5 minutes per side.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 175 °. Place the cutlets in a fireproof buttered baking dish and heat them for about 15 min. ​

Schnitzel with peas and feta salad
  • Boil the peas for 5 minutes. 
  • Make a dressing of lemon juice, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. 
  • Fry the schnitzels with vegetarian oil.
  • Dressing the dish with the peas, mint leaves and feta cheese. Flavour with the dressing.
  • Serve the salad with the schnitzels.
