  • Taste: Created from soy and very tasteful

  • Preparation: 4 - 5 min roerbakken in een weinig vetstof in de wokpan op een zacht vuur.​

  • Conservation: Freezer -18°C.  

INGREDIENTS

Hydrated vegetable protein (soy), water, dried vegetables (onion, leek), salt, natural flavor’s, pepper, spices (paprika).

Contains soy.  May contain traces of gluten.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

Pan: 4-5 min stir frying in a little fat in the wok over a low heat.

In the sauce: without baking straight into the sauce.

In the dish: process immediately in your hot dishes.

Note:  the mince absorbs +/-10% moisture.
