PEAS

Nutritional Value
​Peas are naturally the most durable producer of protein and are consequently the ideal meat substitute.  

There are few vegetables that contain vitamins as equally distributed as a pea. Many vegetables have a one vitamin that pop out in quantity.  But a pea has a well balanced composition when it comes to vitamins.  
Pro-rata a pea contains the largest amount of vitamin K and vitamin C. Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3, B6, B11 and E are also found in copious quantities in this small healthy vegetable.  It also contains a large variety of minerals, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, copper and iron. The amino acid tryptophan is also present in a pea.

Peas contain no allergens, no GMO applications. 

One of the most striking aspects of ta pea is its large amount of protein and fiber, making it makes for a good and uniform digestion.

Cultivation & Environment
This vegetable is easy to grow and it does not wear out the soil; but draws its strength from sun, rain and wind. They are locally grown; without any risk of over-fertilization.
