​Shaped köfte balls with typical kebab spices​

  • Preparation: Heat a pan with some vegetable oil in a pan and fries the köfte during 7 minutes from all different sides.
​
  • Conservation: Freezer at  -18°C.

INGREDIENTS

Hydrated vegetable proteins (peas), carrots, onion, sunflower oil, starch, vegetable fibers, water, free range chicken egg protein, parsley, natural flavours, salt, dehydrated vegetables (onion, leek), pepper, coriander, cumin, paprika, spices, herbs (including celery seed), flavouring (soy).

Contains soy, egg and celery.  May contain traces of gluten.

MODE OF PREPARATION

For optimal results, directly from the freezer.

Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and bake the köfte kebabs on low heat for about 7 min.  Occasionally turn the kebabs.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 175 °. Place the köfte kebabs in a fireproof buttered baking dish and heat them for about 10 min.

In a sauce: place the köfte kebabs directly into the sauce ca. 6 min before the sauce is ready.

Combi steamer: 3 min on 180 ° with 25% steam, then 3 min on 160 ° without steam with valve open and up to on a core of 65 °.

Microwave oven: 30 sec on 2000W.
