  • Taste: A filet chicken-alike with a crusty layer.  Breaded piece based on pea proteins.

  • Preparation: Heat up your pan with a little bit vegetable oil and warm up the schnitzel during 5 minutes on each side or warm up in fry pan during 5 minutes at 180°C
​
  • Conservation: Freezer at -18°C.  

INGREDIENTS

Hydrated vegetable proteins (peas), water, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), wheat flour, starch, vegetable fibers, chicken egg protein, salt, yeast extract, natural flavors, spices, dried vegetables (onion, leek), spices (pepper, coriander, paprika, ginger, mace, turmeric, celery seed, cumin, chilies, cardamom), herbs.

​Contains gluten, egg protein and celery seed. May contain traces of soy.

MODE OF PREPARATION

Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and fry the schnitzels on low heat for about 5 minutes per side.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 175 °. Place the cutlets in a fireproof buttered baking dish and heat them for about 15 min.

Combi steamer: 2 min on 180 ° with 25% steam, then 4 min on 160 ° without steam with valve open and up to on a core of 65 °
