METHOD OF PREPARATIONFor optimal results, prepare directly from the freezer.
Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and bake the e.g. meatballs on low heat for about 7 mins and turn the balls every now and then. Oven: place the buttered e.g. meatballs in a fireproof dish and heat them for about 10 min. Combi steamer: 3 min on 180 ° with 25% steam, then 3 min on 160 ° without steam with valve open and up to on a core of 65 ° |
