  • Taste: With typical spices and vegetables we can propose an exceptional taste in our 'bouletten' or 'vegetarian balls' . Nobody could imagine the base is the famous sustainable peas
 
  • Preparation: Heat a pan at low temperature with a little bit vegetable oil and bouletten during about 7 min. per side.
​​
  • Conservation: in freezer -18°C.  

INGREDIENTS

Hydrated vegetable proteins (peas), water, sunflower oil, starch, vegetable fibers, dried vegetables (onion, leek), chicken egg protein, yeast extracts, salt, natural aromas, spices.

May contain traces of gluten.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

For optimal results, prepare directly from the freezer.

Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and bake the e.g. meatballs on low heat for about 7 mins and turn the balls every now and then.

Oven: place the buttered e.g. meatballs in a fireproof dish and heat them for about 10 min.

Combi steamer: 3 min on 180 ° with 25% steam, then 3 min on 160 ° without steam with valve open and up to on a core of 65 °
