PROTEIN

​Together with carbohydrates and fats, protein is  the most important nutrient as an essential component of a proper diet. They provide calories and amino acids. 

There are animal and vegetable proteins.  Animal proteins are meat, fish, milk, cheese and eggs. Vegetable proteins, on the other hand, are to be found in breads, cereals, pulses (peas, chickpeas, soya beans), nuts and mushrooms. 

Pulses are a great substitute for meat.  They are cheap, tasty and they contain plenty of fiber, vitamins-B and minerals. 

A meal based on beans gives the same full feeling like those on meat.  Advantage over meat is that the dietary fiber in pulses slow down the digestion process and increase your blood sugar level,  prolonging the feeling of saturation.
​A serving of 100 grams of meat may be replaced with 75 grams pulses.

Peas

Peas are a powerful superfood since prehistoric times. The small, green, nutritious spheres out of a rectangular casing are among the first plants grown in gardens and fields.  Peas have a unique large healing power. 

It is a harmonious food and contains many nutrients that are well and equally balanced. Each 100 grams of peas contains 4 grams of protein.
Noble Health Food chooses resolutely for processing peas in his preparations.

Chickpeas

Chickpeas are full of carbohydrates and fiber. In addition, chickpeas are high in protein, iron and vitamins-B. Thanks to its composition they are a full-fledged meat substitute. 

Another plus of the chickpea is its high content of tryptophan. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid not to be produced by your body, but to require solely from food.

Soy

The whole soy beans are an excellent source of protein (40%), unsaturated fats, minerals, vitamins, dietary fibre and health-promoting components such as isoflavones, phytates and saponins, . The soybean exceeds all other foods, even fish and meat, as far as the protein content. In addition, they all 8 essential amino acids in a very favourable ratio.

On the other hand, soy-ciltivation puts a heavy burden on the environment and our daily consumption includes too many foods that contain soy such as margarine, milk products and biscuits.
