hydrated vegetable proteins (soy, wheat, wheat starch),  water, sunflower oil, starch (tapioca, peas),  free-range chicken egg white,  vegetable fiber (peas, bamboo), natural flavors,  dried vegetables (onion, leek),  salt, pepper , ginger, spices (including celery seed)

MODE OF PREPARATION

Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and bake the wok slices on low heat for about 3-4 min. per side.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 175 °. Put the wok slices in a fireproof buttered baking dish and heat for approx. 10 min.
