Small vegan balls made of chickpeas.
For centuries the most traditional meat substitute in the Southern regions !  For ages one of the favorite dishes of the flexitarian.  He loves the flavour and the texture.

Breaded with chickpea granulate.

Ingredients :
Dehydrated chickpea flour, water, vegetable oil (sunflower, rape), chickpea semolina, starch, onion, parsley, natural flavours, dried vegetables (onion, leek, garlic), vegetable fibers, spices, salt, herbs, minerals (iron, zinc), vitamin B12.

Mode of preparation :

Pan: heat a little oil or margarine in the pan and fry the falafels on low heat for about 7 min.  Occasionally reverse.

Fryer: frying during 4 min at 170 ° c 

Oven: Preheat the oven to 175 °. Add the falafels in a fireproof buttered baking dish and heat them for about 10 min.

Wraps with falafel and fresh yoghurt sauce
  • Fry the falafel balls golden brown. 
  • Mix Greek yoghurt with lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  • Fry the tortillas.
  • Brush with some yoghurt sauce.
  • Cut the cucumber, red onion, radishes and cherry tomatoes and mix in or on the tortilla, as well as the falafel balls.
